Hello! I’m Dana, a UX designer and researcher based in Atlanta, GA. I hold a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University and have been working as a UX designer and researcher for the last year. I currently work as a full-time consultant and have partnered with companies in finance and retail.
I help teams deeply understand their users and products so together we can deliver innovative experiences that reliably solve problems. I approach problem solving with creativity, curiosity, and empathy and thrive on designing solutions within constraints.
Prior to becoming a UX designer, I spent over 10 years as a marketing and content strategist. Turns out all that time spent trying to understand why people click on things, how to tell a story, and how to efficiently deliver useful content was a pretty decent precursor for a career in user experience design.
In my free time, I enjoy making art, browsing thrift shops, film photography, hiking, and fantasizing about adopting too many shelter dogs.
